Trio Recognised for Long Service at Albany Care Home

Congratulations and thanks go to this trio of staff at Albany care home, in Headington. Oxford, who were all recognised for their five years’ service at the home recently.

Senior Carer Virgil Maciu, Receptionist Pat McDonagh and Deputy Manager Halina Grice were all presented with their recognition awards by Home Manager Lyn Gray.

Lyn said, “We have an excellent, close team here at Albany and everyone has a part to play. Pat, our receptionist is always welcoming and pleasant to all of our visitors. Virgil works long hours to cover extra shifts on a regular basis and always tries to cover the staff rotas which he organises each week. Halina, my Deputy Manager, is very good at organising everything, updating paperwork to meet CQC guidelines and ensuring that the home is in order and all the nurse shifts are covered. I am delighted to have them all on my team.”
