Night team member Kate is recognised for 15 years’ service at The Manor House

Night care worker Kate Larke has been recognised for her 15 years’ service at The Manor House in Norfolk.

Kate currently works two nights a week at the North Walsham home which fits in with her family life and two young children, Zachary and Willow. Kate started at the home as a day carer, moving to nights after five years.

Matt Eaton, Healthcare Homes Head of Talent Engagement, presented Kate with her recognition award certificate and gifts at the home recently. Her daughter Willow attended the presentation with her.

Home Manager Paula Pawsey said, “Kate is a calm, kind, friendly, supportive member of the night team and she has excellent rapport with the residents.  She has a wealth of experience that she brings to the team and is always a great help with supporting new staff members.”

The Manor House in North Walsham, Norfolk, is an elegant home full of character and set in 18 acres of gardens and providing residential, respite and residential dementia care.
