Manorcourt Homecare Thetford branch celebrates CQC GOOD rating

We are delighted to announce that our Thetford homecare branch has been rated GOOD by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

This achievement is a reflection of the dedication, compassion and professionalism shown by the team, who provide high-quality homecare services across Thetford and the surrounding Norfolk area. From supporting with daily routines to delivering specialist care, the branch continues to make a positive difference to people’s lives by helping them remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

To mark the occasion, the Thetford team gathered for a celebration, joined by Martin Hill, Operations Director at Manorcourt Homecare. It was a chance to acknowledge the team’s hard work, enjoy some well-earned treats, and take pride in delivering consistently high standards of care.

The CQC GOOD rating highlights that the branch meets the regulator’s standards across all key areas: safety, effectiveness, caring, responsiveness, and leadership. It is a well-deserved recognition of the team’s ongoing commitment to providing trusted homecare in Norfolk.
