The site provides rankings for home care providers across the country based on feedback from service users and their relatives, giving them a ranking out of 10 based on the reviews they have received. The Lowestoft branch is currently rated at an impressive 9.6 out of 10.

The branch is part of the Healthcare Homes Group and provides personalised care and support to people living in their own homes. The team offers flexible and tailored care packages from respite care to domestic tasks or 24 hour live-in care.

A recent review states: “The carers have been absolutely fantastic during the last 3 months, they have gone above and beyond. Definitely angels in disguise. Thank you to everyone management and office staff for continuing to provide a normal service.”

Another comments: “I find the service given to me by the carers is of the highest quality. I have nothing but admiration for the way they carry out their tasks. Nothing is too much for them to do.”

Area Manager Shonah Gordon said: “Hearing this wonderful feedback means so much to the entire team. For us, caring for our clients is far more than just a job, and the current pandemic has shown this to be the case more than ever before.

“Each member of staff works hard to ensure the people we support are happy and well, so receiving such a high rating with lovely reviews means we’re getting this right. Thank you to everyone who has left comments; it really means a lot to receive honest feedback.”
