Over half a decade of service

 

Maggy Jones, Home Administrator, Dacia Fernandes, Housekeeper, and Linda Donaldson, Senior Carer, have each demonstrated unwavering loyalty and service excellence, collectively contributing 51 years of combined service to the home.

 

Celebrating our teams

 

Maggy Jones, the Home Administrator at Ladymead care home, has dedicated an impressive 15 years of service to the facility. Her steadfast leadership, tireless dedication, and unwavering commitment to ensuring the smooth operation of the home have been instrumental in creating a nurturing and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.

Similarly, Dacia Fernandes, the Housekeeper at Ladymead, has also marked 15 years of service. Her meticulous attention to detail, exemplary work ethic, and dedication to maintaining a clean and hygienic environment have been integral to the well-being and comfort of residents.

In addition to recognising the long-standing commitment of Maggy Jones and Dacia Fernandes, Ladymead care home bids a fond farewell to Linda Donaldson. The esteemed Senior Carer who has retired after an illustrious 21-year tenure. Linda’s compassionate care, empathy, and invaluable contributions have left an indelible mark on the home and the lives of countless residents.

 

Marking the occasion

 

The occasion was marked by a visit from Gordon Cochrane, CEO of Healthcare Homes. He was accompanied by Helen Gidlow, Chief Operating Officer. Both arrived at Ladymead care home to personally extend their gratitude and appreciation to the dedicated team members. In a touching gesture, they presented Maggy, Dacia, and Linda with certificates of recognition, and gifts, as tokens of appreciation for their unwavering commitment and hard work.

As Healthcare Homes celebrates the long service awards for team members, it reaffirms the commitment to fostering a culture of appreciation, respect, and recognition for the invaluable contributions of its staff.
