Pupils at Charsfield Primary School in Suffolk have been making a difference in their community by carrying out a number of different projects to help different local groups.
Handford House nursing home in Ipswich was one of the groups contacted, and residents were delighted to receive handmade Christmas cards and drawings.
Residents reciprocated by sharing cards with the school children.
