Ten members of staff at Meadow House nursing home in Swaffham have been thanked and recognised for their years of service to the home.
At the end of November, the team members, who have each worked at the home for between five and 20 years, were presented with gifts and certificates by Home Manager Joanna Jankowska, and a special celebration afternoon was enjoyed by all.
The home’s kitchen assistant Mary made a delicious lemon cake for staff and residents to enjoy, residents made personalised artwork for each person and activities coordinator Charlotte wrote a special poem which was read out by residents Sarah and Thomas.

Home manager Joanna said, “It was a real pleasure and privilege to spend the afternoon thanking and celebrating our fantastic team members for all their hard work and dedication over the years.
“We often talk of ‘the Meadow House family’ and that’s really something we’re proud of. Our team is so committed to the home and our residents, and I’m extremely grateful to each and every person for making it such a special place, with the wellbeing of residents at the heart of everything they do.”
