Residents at Haughgate House Nursing Home in Woodbridge enjoyed celebrating National Handwriting Day recently by looking at different styles of handwriting.
They shared and practiced their own writing and looked at ‘What our handwriting says about us’ using interesting fact sheets.
They looked at the word ‘Happy’ and created a word picture by writing it in various styles and sizes. They also read their ‘Dear Friend’ letters that were received from Eyke Primary School, wishing them well, sharing information on their likes and dislikes and asking residents about themselves.
What a kind gesture by these lovely school pupils, thank you!
