Kingsley Court named top 20 care home in London

Congratulations to the team at Kingsley Court in Middlesex which has been named as one of the Top 20 care homes in London by independent review body carehome.co.uk

Kingsley Court, part of the Healthcare Homes family of 48 care homes and 11 homecare branches,  is a purpose-built nursing home in Hayes, Middlesex, providing residential and nursing care. The home currently has a 9.9 out of 10 score from carehome.co.uk and is rated Good by the Care Quality Commission.

It’s always heart-warming for our teams to hear words of praise and thanks, but these special awards recognise those who consistently provide the highest quality of care throughout the year. The awards recognise the most recommended care homes in the UK, based entirely on what service users and their families have to say.

Home Manager Shiny Mathappan said, “ We are delighted to have been recognised by carehome.co.uk and are grateful to all of our relatives, residents and friends who have taken the time to leave such wonderful reviews for us throughout the year.”

This year the award is  particularly welcome given the extremely challenging circumstances experienced by everyone in the care sector. Recent reviews for Kingsley Court include the following comments:

“ I cannot fault the wonderful care, love and attention my relative has received from all members of staff”

“The team at Kingsley Court are simply amazing”

“I would recommend Kingsley Court to anyone I know who needs care and I can’t  thank them enough.”

“The manager and her amazing staff are wonderful, so caring, and supportive.”
