Congratulations go to the team at Foxgrove Residential Home ome in Felixstowe, Suffolk, following a successful interim inspection by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
The inspection, which took place this month as part of CQC’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic praised good practice, including correct use of PPE, high standards of cleanliness and infection control and clear guidance for all visitors to the home.
The team at Foxgrove – which inspectors noted was clean and well-ventilated – were praised for supporting residents to keep in contact with their relatives, reducing the risk of isolation as well as providing regular activities.
Foxgrove was first rated as Outstanding overall by the CQC in 2018.
