‘Mind, Body and Soul’ at Handford House

Residents at Handford House nursing home in Ipswich are enjoying a new regular activity thanks to Activities Coordinator, Jade.

Jade has created ‘mind, body and soul’ sessions; a light, seated exercise session that everyone can enjoy whilst getting some physical and mental stimulation.

Jade introduced colourful scarves, balloons and balls to make it interactive for all, and at the end of each session, the all enjoy a hot drink and some wonderful old-time music classics.

Well done Jade!

Handford House is based on Cumberland Avenue in Ipswich.
