Residents and staff at Sovereign Lodge in Eastbourne enjoyed a fantastic celebration for curry week.
Chef Steve created a selection of homemade curries, along with homemade onion bhajis, naan breads and poppadoms, accompanied by a selection of beautifully crafted side dishes.
Everyone agreed it was all simply delicious and wonderful to see so much creativity and variety on the menu.
