New Manager appointed at Claremont House care home

Claremont House and Lodge care home in Caister-on-Sea is pleased to announce the appointment of Alison Fallowfield as its new Manager. With over four decades of experience in healthcare, Alison brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and leadership to her new role, where she will lead efforts to implement positive changes and ensure high-quality care for residents.

 

 

Alison’s extensive background in nursing and specialist certifications equip her to enrich the lives of residents through enhancing both their environment and clinical care. She began her career in 1981 as an Enrolled Nurse and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Adult Nursing. Alison also holds certifications in Ophthalmology, Dementia Care, and Mentorship, demonstrating her commitment to advancing her skills in line with the evolving needs of the care sector.

A key focus for Alison will be working closely with residents, their families, and the dedicated care team, as well as external healthcare professionals, to enhance the day-to-day experience at Claremont House. Her leadership style prioritises collaboration and continuous improvement, which will be instrumental in implementing best practices and ensuring that residents receive personalised and compassionate care.

Speaking about her new role, Alison expressed: “I’m excited to join the team at Claremont House. I truly enjoy working with residents and supporting both the staff and families to create a welcoming, caring, and safe environment. My priority is to enhance the quality of life for everyone here by overseeing clinical excellence and focusing on the wellbeing of those we care for.”

Alison’s appointment marks a new chapter for Claremont House, and her focus on improvement will support the home in delivering the highest standards of care for all its residents.
