Meadow House celebrates a wonderful Care Home Open Week

Meadow House in the heart of Swaffham, Norfolk, is delighted to announce the success of their recent Care Home Open Week.

Community events to remember

A series of events that brought together residents, families, and staff for a week of celebration and community spirit. The highlight of the week was the superb garden parties, which showcased the vibrant daily life and activities at Meadow House.

Residents and guests were treated to memorable garden parties, with special appearances from Deputy Mayor & Town Councillor, Lindsey Beech, and Mayor & Town Councillor, Paul Darby. Their presence added a special touch to the festivities, bringing joy and entertainment to everyone in attendance.

Warm environment

Care Home Open Week provided an excellent opportunity for families to experience firsthand the warm and engaging environment. The events highlighted the home’s commitment to creating a lively and supportive community where residents can thrive.

Home Manager, Joanna Jankowska, expressed her delight with the turnout and the positive feedback received. “[It] was wonderful to see our residents, their families, and our team come together to celebrate and enjoy the activities. The garden parties were a particular favourite, and having Paul Darby and Lindsey Beech join us made them even more special.”
