How can I be sure that the level of care you offer is suitable for me?

Before you move into our care home, we will conduct a pre-assessment. The Home Manager or Deputy Manager will talk to you and your family members to fully understand your situation and needs. We will also look at your care needs assessment to ensure that we can meet your care needs.

We will only offer you a place in our home if we are sure that we can provide the level of care that you require. However, if your needs develop beyond what we can support, we will help you find a new home where your needs can be fully met.
